Biotin is also known as Vitamin H. Biotin is one of the B complex vitamins. H in vitamin H stands for Haar und Haut, German for hair and skin. Biotin is water soluble vitamin and so cannot be stored in our body. People need to absorb them on a regular basis from their diet.
